Hey, Elin here from YourWellness Report. I’ve been taking Bioma for about a month now and figured I’d write down how it actually went. No hype, no big health claims — just how it worked (or didn’t) for me.

Why I Took It

I’ve had mild digestive issues for a while — mostly bloating after meals, and days where I don’t go to the bathroom unless I drink coffee or take magnesium. I wouldn’t call it serious, just annoying enough to mess with my day sometimes. I saw Bioma mentioned a few times and decided to try it.

First Week — Not Great

The first few days were rough. I actually felt more bloated than usual. My stomach felt tight and made weird noises, and I had a lot of gas. Not painful, just uncomfortable. I didn’t stop taking it because I’d read that probiotics can cause this at first.

By the end of the week it calmed down a bit, but I still felt heavy after dinner most days. I was taking one capsule in the morning with water, like the instructions said.

Second and Third Week — Subtle Changes

Around the second week, I noticed I was going to the bathroom more regularly. That was probably the biggest difference. I wasn’t waiting until late afternoon to go anymore. Still not perfectly smooth, but more consistent.

I might have felt a small improvement with the bloating, but honestly, it’s hard to tell. The bloating was still there, just maybe a bit less intense. I used to feel really full and tight after dinner, sometimes all night—but that started to ease up a little. I still got bloated, especially after eating bread or big meals, just not as badly. It wasn’t a dramatic change, but it felt slightly more manageable.

I didn’t change my diet during this month, by the way. Still ate a mix of home-cooked food and the occasional junk. No new exercise routine or anything. Just added Bioma.

Side Effects I Noticed

Aside from the gas and bloating at the start, I had a couple of days where my stomach felt kind of off in the evening — like light pressure, not really cramps. I also felt a little tired during week two, but that could’ve just been from not sleeping well. Nothing major. I didn’t have nausea or headaches.

About Weight Loss

Just to mention it — I didn’t lose any weight during the month. I wasn’t expecting to, but I’ve seen some ads online or comments saying Bioma helped people slim down. That wasn’t the case for me. I also wasn’t exercising during this time, so that probably matters too. Either way, if you’re looking at it as a weight loss supplement, I wouldn’t expect anything drastic unless you’re also changing your diet or activity.

Things That Didn't Change

  • My energy was the same
  • Mood didn’t change
  • No effect on cravings or appetite
  • No difference in skin or anything like that

So if you're hoping for extra benefits like feeling lighter or more focused — I didn’t notice any of that.

Final Thoughts After One Month

I’d say Bioma made some small improvements. My digestion maybe became a bit more regular, and the bloating didn’t feel as intense—but the difference was small and hard to be sure about That’s about it. I’m still thinking about whether I’ll keep taking it. It wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t impressive. I might stop and see if the small improvements stay or disappear.

If you’re someone with more serious digestive issues, maybe it’ll help more. For me, it’s been okay — not a waste of money, not a game-changer either.
